When The Pallet Co. reached out to us, they weren’t just looking for a logo—they needed a full identity. A family-owned pallet supplier known for custom builds, repairs, and recycling, they wanted a brand that felt as rugged and dependable as the work they do every day.
They had the operations, the team, and the reputation. What they needed was a visual presence that reflected their craftsmanship and no-nonsense values.

Brand Development: Built to Last
Our first step was to dig into what made The Pallet Co. different: no frills, no fluff—just reliable, hard work. Through collaborative workshops and strategy sessions, we built a brand identity rooted in those values.
Deliverables:
- Logo System – Primary logo, alternate logo, and brand mark for flexible use.
- Color Palette – Featuring Benjamin Moore’s Interlude AF-135 (a muted blue-gray) and Mopboard Black CW-680 (a bold, deep black) for an industrial, timeless feel.
- Typography System – Combining Newake Bold for strength with Product Sans for clarity and approachability.
- Custom Brand Pattern – A subtle texture to add depth across print and digital materials.
Every element was designed to be tough, simple, and memorable—just like the company itself.
Website Design: A Straightforward Online Home
Once the brand identity was finalized, we shifted focus to building a website that felt just as strong and approachable.
Website Priorities:
- Clearly explain what they do: standard pallets, recycled pallets, custom builds, and heat-treated options.
- Make it easy for businesses to get quotes, ask questions, and connect.
- Reflect the new brand visually through colors, typography, and imagery.
The result was a simple, highly functional site designed in Webflow—giving The Pallet Co. a digital presence that's easy to navigate and built to grow with them.
Photo & Video Content: The Beauty of Hard Work
Stock photos weren’t going to tell The Pallet Co.’s story. We spent time on-site capturing the real action: stacks of pallets, forklifts rolling through the yard, and the skill of a team who knows their craft inside and out.
Visual Priorities:
- Highlight the quality and durability of their products.
- Capture the pride, precision, and teamwork behind every repair and build.
- Create an authentic visual library for their website and future marketing needs.
